About Me
"There is no greater agony
than bearing an untold story inside you" -Maya Angelou
If you are navigating grief, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, spiritual questions, church hurt, or noticing how your past is affecting your present, you don’t have to go through it alone. Healing and growth are possible, and finding a safe, supportive space to explore your experiences can make a powerful difference.
I specialize in helping women who feel stuck begin to move forward with clarity and self-compassion. I also work with young adults facing the transitions and complexities of college life, building a career, and forming meaningful connections.
My approach is rooted in Emotion Focused Therapy, which emphasizes the healing power of safe, authentic relationships. I also integrate techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a research-supported approach that can be especially helpful for managing anxiety and building a life aligned with your values.
I hold a master’s degree in community counseling from Northwest Nazarene University and am licensed by the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy. As an Approved Clinical Supervisor and a member of the International Centre for Excellence in Emotion Focused Therapy, I am committed to ongoing learning and professional growth.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I recharge by running, exploring new places, hunting for the perfect chai,
or watching the next assigned movie for my movie club.
